1. Summary
You do not need an account, a sign-up, or to give us any personal information to play Panthop. We do not collect your name, e-mail address or phone number.
Your game progress is stored on your device only. Because the app shows ads, the ad network (Google AdMob) processes some device data under its own policies. Details below.
2. Data stored on your device
The following is kept in your device's local storage and is never sent to us or to any third party:
- Your best score, recent scores and score history
- In-game currencies (tree bark, leaves, feathers) and purchased upgrades
- Achievements and collected rewards
- Your settings: language, volume levels, haptics preference
- The record that you accepted this privacy policy
You can erase all of it at any time: Settings → Data → Reset Progress, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling removes this data completely.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Panthop shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch yourself (the "double your reward" option on the game-over screen). Ads are served by Google AdMob.
To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process:
- Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA)
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country/city level)
- Device model, OS version, language, screen information
- Your interaction with the ad (impression, click, watch time)
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Google's advertising partners: business.safety.google/adspartners
To turn off personalised ads:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID"
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off app permissions
- Players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown Google's consent screen on first launch and set their preference there.
4. Game services (Google Play Games / Apple Game Center)
If you are signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) on your device, your achievements may be mirrored to those services. That is between you and your platform account; we receive no personal information from them.

5. Permissions
The app uses only these permissions:

We do not request or use access to your camera, microphone, contacts, files, precise location or SMS.
6. Children
Panthop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to the address above and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law no. 6698) you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, and to object to its processing.
Because the game's data lives only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly: Settings → Reset Progress, or uninstall the app. For requests about advertising data you need to contact Google (see section 3). For anything else, write to ozanyvz92@yandex.com — we respond within 30 days.
8. Retention
Game data on your device is kept until you erase it or uninstall the app. Retention of advertising data is governed by Google's policy.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the "Last updated" date changes. For a significant change, the game asks for your consent again on the next launch.
